Ingredients
1 stick/1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1-1/2 cups all purpose Gold Medal Flour
- 3 tablespoons Instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 or 1-1/2 cups Mini M and M’s
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. and line a large baking sheet with a silpat liner or parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl cream your butter and sugars until well combined. Add your egg and vanilla mixing to combine. Add your flour, pudding mix, baking soda and salt, stirring to combine. Add chips and m and m’s stirring to combine.
- With a medium cookie scoop, place dough 1 inch apart from each other. Bake for 10-12 minutes until cooked through. Let cool on cookie sheet for 10 minutes before transferring to cooling rack. Pack in an airtight container or ziplock

RAINBOW COOKIES
Ingredients:
Break the dough into little pieces, twirl into ropes, then twist the ropes together to form ping-pong ball sized round
Place the rounds on a cookie sheet. Bake in an oven preheated to 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes, or until set. Cool, then pack in a airtight container.

FUNFETTI COOKIES
Funfetti Pudding Cookies (Makes 4 dozen)

- 2 sticks unsalted butter, chilled
- 2 and ½ cups whole wheat pastry flour
- 1 and ½ cups white granulated sugar
- 1 package of vanilla instant pudding mix
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp salt ½ –
- ¾ cup multicolored sprinkles
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium sized bowl, mix together the pudding mix, flour, and salt. Set aside.
- Using an electric mixer, cream together the chilled butter and sugar.
- Once all of the butter is creamed with the sugar add in the eggs one at a time. Add in the vanilla extract. Add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
- Fold in the sprinkles (be careful, you do not want them to lose their color).
- Roll into medium sized cookie dough balls and sprinkle with extra sprinkles.
- Bake for 9-10 minutes.
- Let cookies cool for 2 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack.
- Once COMPLETELY cooled, pack in an air tight container/ ziplock/vacuum seal/Pringles Can ❤️
